I never write reviews but I just had to Oasis Cooling and Heating after my experience because it was simply superb!
We were looking to add mini splits or central air to our home but there was so much to consider. Jeff talked us through everything we needed to know with immense detail! He is an amazing person and truly wants the best for his customers. He took his time to ensure we were choosing the right option and provided his expansive expertise for us. He even urged us to compare prices to ensure we were getting the best deal.
Once we settled on an option, he kept in consistent communication until we found a date that would work for installation. He was able to sneak us in before the holidays to make sure we were eligible for a national and state rebate. He did an AMAZING job and we could not be more happy with the care, organization, and thought that went into everything. He installed our central air in two large room within one day! I couldn’t have asked anything better from the experience.

Highly recommend Jeff! He was tied for the best quote out of 4 I got for the install. He and his team did a great job doing a nice and thorough install that looks good in the house. We did the install a couple months ago and recently had an issue that ended up being a faulty wireless module in the unit. Jeff responded and was at our house the same day to help fix it.

Choosing Oasis was a great decision I made. Their quote was best I had received, (one was almost $4000 more for the same equipment) Jeff was very responsive to any text/ calls within minutes. Jeff has a great team that works with him. Very Efficient and very Neat, you would not know they were even there. They ran Into a couple of issues with the way the old system was installed, but Jeff and crew took it all stride, and made everything right. It could have been a disaster. How do I know if I need a repair or a full replacement?
We'll always try to repair before we recommend replacing anything. If a system's genuinely at the end of its life, we'll tell you plainly why — and what a replacement would actually cost — instead of pushing an upsell.
Can you install a mini-split in a home without existing ductwork?
Yes — that's exactly what ductless mini-splits are built for. They're a common fit for additions, converted garages, and older homes that were never built with central ductwork.
How often should I have my system serviced?
Once a year, ideally before the season that's about to stress it — heating systems in the fall, cooling systems in the spring. A short annual tune-up is what usually prevents the 2am no-heat call.
